Qualifications

• Two or more years of nursing supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with regulatory compliance and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial resident assessments and coordination of off-site visits.
• Performs wellness assessments and develops individualized care plans.
• Delivers health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care education.
• Leads clinical team with hiring, scheduling, and supervision.
• Coordinates infection control and medication management programs.
• Engages with residents, families, and physicians to ensure quality care.
