Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field is required.
• Must have MN RN license upon hire.
• 5 years of clinical nursing experience in ICU, interventional cardiology, or radiology.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience is required.

• Coordinate staff development, education and professional growth opportunities.
• Manage human resources for assigned area to achieve quality service.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality improvement program for the departments.
• Ensure communication within assigned areas and with key stakeholders.
