North Memorial Health is seeking a Manager for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab to provide operational and clinical leadership across diagnostic and interventional labs. You will oversee staffing, throughput, patient safety, quality outcomes, regulatory readiness, and fiscal stewardship while promoting interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver exceptional cardiovascular care.

Minimum requirements include RN license in Minnesota, BLS certification, and a Bachelor's degree with a Master's

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership, communication and interpersonal skills required.
• RN license in Minnesota and BLS certification required or obtained within 6 months.
• Experience in cardiovascular procedural and surgical areas desired.

Responsabilités
