Qualifications

We are hiring an experienced Nurse Manager to join a respected nonprofit behavioral health organization in Avondale, Arizona. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for an RN who enjoys supporting clinical teams and improving care for individuals experiencing mental health, substance‑use, and crisis‑related needs.

The Nurse Manager will oversee daily nursing operations, develop staff, and help ensure patients receive safe, compassionate, and consistent care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide daily leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and staff development

What We’re Looking For

• Active and unrestricted Arizona Registered Nurse license
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• Previous nursing leadership experience as a Nurse Manager, RN Manager, Nurse Supervisor, Charge Nurse, ADON, or similar position
• Behavioral health, psychiatric, crisis, detoxification, addiction‑treatment, or substance‑use experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of nursing standards, medication administration, clinical documentation, and patient safety
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and provide clear direction in fast‑moving clinical situations
• Genuine interest in serving individuals with complex behavioral health needs

Pay Details: $115.00 to $130.00 per year
