Adecco is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Mesa, AZ for full-time three 12-hour shifts in a behavioral health setting. Sign-on bonus of $10,000 plus shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license or Compact RN license.
• Behavioral health, psychiatric, detox, emergency, corrections, or medical-surgical experience welcomed.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and de-escalation skills.
• Compassion for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use challenges.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a behavioral health setting.
• Complete nursing assessments and contribute to individualized treatment plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patients’ responses to treatment.
• Support patients through crisis stabilization, recovery, and discharge planning.
• Use therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, behavioral health technicians, and other clinical professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
