Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona or a compact license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Experience in crisis, inpatient, or residential behavioral health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care in inpatient, crisis, or residential behavioral health settings.
• Deliver detox support and assist with crisis stabilization.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate discharge planning and connect patients with community resources.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment.
• Accurately document care, assessments, and interventions in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams.

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in crisis, inpatient, and/or residential behavioral health to join our team in Avondale, Arizona. These full-time, direct-hire opportunities offer long-term stability, structured scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package.

These roles are ideal for nurses who thrive in fast-paced behavioral health environments and are passionate about supporting individuals experiencing mental health and substance use crises.

The Avondale location is also hiring Residential Behavioral Health RNs for both day and night 12-hour shifts. Residential experience is preferred for candidates applying to residential units.
