Job summary

Saint Elizabeth Community seeks a skilled nursing supervisor for a 69-bed assisted living residence. You will oversee nursing staff, ensure medication administration accuracy, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations under the Director of Resident Care and Administrator.

The role requires RI RN/LPN licensure, a nursing school diploma, and ability to lift over 50 pounds. You will help develop care plans, participate in QA, and coordinate with families and physicians.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Rhode Island RN or LPN license required.
• Ability to walk, stand, sit and bend intermittently; lift over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism with residents, families, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with Nursing Policies and Procedures.
• Administer medications and document accordingly.
• Review 90-day assessments and physician orders for accuracy.
• Complete incident reports and inform relevant parties.
• Attend nursing staff meetings and participate in QA activities.
• Assist with service plans and staff supervision.
