• Plans, leads, and evaluates a nursing care delivery system for assigned areas.
• Ensures staffing levels meet patient care needs and productivity standards.
• Oversees recruitment, retention, and staff development in coordination with Talent Management.
• Maintains budget and productivity goals; participates in policy development.
• Ensures Joint Commission and regulatory compliance; conducts staff rounds and safety checks.
• Serves on multiple committees and mentors clinical coordinators.
