Working with the Director and Nurse Educator, you will ensure clinical and operational excellence, 24/7 coverage, and a strong patient-focused culture.

The role emphasizes planning, budgeting, staff development, compliance with regulatory standards, and ongoing performance improvement to achieve quality care and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Valid RN license in Virginia or reciprocal.
• BLS CPR required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with health care team to develop and implement staffing plans.
• Assists in budget planning and management for the department.
• Oversees education and orientation plans with Clinical Nurse Specialist.
• Use performance improvement processes to drive clinical and service improvements.
• Manage staff communications, meetings, and coordination across departments.
• Act as on-call leader for the care center as needed.
