The Emily Program in Seattle, WA is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead a team of nurses and nurse support staff, oversee clinical and administrative issues, and ensure high-quality patient care. This role also provides direct clinical care and collaborates with site leadership to maintain staffing and training standards.
Responsibilities include coaching staff, conducting performance discussions, coordinating patient care, and supporting on-call rotations.

The Nurse Manager provides leadership for a team of nurses and nurse support staff. This includes establishing a professional relationship, helping to resolve clinical and administrative issues as they arise, giving feedback on performance and facilitating an atmosphere in which excellence in client care is provided. The Nurse Manager also provides clinical care to clients.
Final compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for position.
