Job summary

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a Nurse Manager to lead nursing services within our adolescent and adult eating disorder programs, in residential and outpatient settings. You will supervise and mentor staff, oversee clinical care and assessments, and ensure safe, recovery-focused treatment.

You will collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and dietitians, support crisis intervention, uphold regulatory standards, and drive quality improvement, documentation in EHR, and a compassionate,

Qualifications

• Active RN license in applicable state.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health, eating disorders, or psychiatric settings preferred.
• Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff in eating disorder treatment programs.
• Oversee clinical care, assessments, and individualized treatment planning.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, therapists, and dietitians.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance feedback for nursing team.
• Provide clinical training, coaching, and supervision to nursing staff.
• Collaborate on program development and quality improvement initiatives.
