Job summary

The Emily Program in Seattle, WA seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide holistic nursing care for clients with eating disorders in an inpatient higher level of care. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to monitor health, administer medications, and support treatment planning.

The role is full-time (32 hours/week) with 3 night shifts and 1 evening shift per week, offering hourly pay of $44.00–$47.00 and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, disability

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse License in Washington.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Basic Life Support Certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days from date of hire.
  • Experience or strong desire to work in a mental health setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provides client care through assessment, monitoring, and intervention to address health concerns appropriately.
  • Provides medication management including education, assessing adherence, administration in the inpatient and residential setting only, and monitoring for side effects in collaboration with provider.
  • Assists and supports medical and psychiatric providers with medical care coordination.
  • Provides medical care coordination between patient, provider, staff, family and outside care agencies as needed.
  • Serves as a staff resource for client medical needs and information.
  • Partners with the treatment team to create the appropriate treatment plan for each client.

Position Overview

Nurses provide holistic and compassionate nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team to clients with Eating Disorders and other comorbid disorders in an inpatient higher level of care (HLOC) setting.

Schedule
  • Full Time Position (32 hours/week)
  • 3 Night Shifts and 1 Evening Shift per week
Compensation
  • $44.00 - $47.00/hour

Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position

How Nurses Empower Recovery
