This role offers 12-hour shifts, with starting pay rates of $28.50 for LPNs and $35 for RNs, and flexible options including Part Time, Full Time, and a Weekend Warrior program.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in Long Term Care, Behavioral Health or Acute Care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.

This position has a starting pay rate of $28.50 an hour for LPNs and $35 an hour for RNs

The typical schedule for this PRN opportunity is 12 hour shifts.

In addition to our current PRN (as needed) opportunity, we also have flexible employment options available including Part Time, Full Time, and a great Weekend Warrior program!
