Job summary

Cityview Healthcare & Rehabilitation, a Certus Healthcare community in downtown Cleveland, OH, is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide skilled nursing care to residents. Starting pay is $40/hour for RNs and $28.50/hour for LPNs, with a typical schedule of three 8-hour shifts per week, including every-other weekend.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in Long Term Care, Behavioral Health or Acute Care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Point Click Care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cityview Healthcare & Rehabilitation. Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $28.50 an hour for LPNs and $40 an hour for RNs

The typical schedule for this opportunity is 3 (3) 8-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.
