Qualifications

• RN license required; BSN preferred.
• Experience in nursing supervision or leadership roles.
• Knowledge of sterile processing, venipuncture, and pain management.
• Excellent communication for staff, patients, and families.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in discharge planning and airway management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Summary

Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $36.00

Shifts available:Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 7a-7p.

This position includes being a part of the On-Call rotation for the clinical management team at Cedar Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation. Being a part of the On-Call rotation means you will have On-Call responsibilities every 5th week of the rotation.
