Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Adams Lane Healthcare & Rehabilitation. Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $28.50 -$30.00 an hour for LPNs and $35 an hour for RNs

The typical schedule for this opportunity is Three(3) 12-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Point Click Care is a plus
