Cedar Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation, a Certus Healthcare community in Zanesville, Ohio, is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join our team on a PRN basis. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, supporting our mission of family-focused care.

This role offers 12-hour shifts, with starting pay rates of $28.50 for LPNs and $35 for RNs, and flexible options including Part Time, Full Time, and a Weekend Warrior program.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in Long Term Care, Behavioral Health or Acute Care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
