Heritage Village of Waterville is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, supporting our family-focused mission. Starting pay rates are $28.50/hour for LPNs and $40/hour for RNs.

The role typically requires three 12-hour shifts per week with an every-other-weekend rotation. We offer flexible options including PRN and a Weekend Warrior program, plus comprehensive benefits after 30

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in Ohio required.
• Experience in long-term care, behavioral health, or acute care preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Assist in developing individualized care plans and performing assessments.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document patient progress in electronic health records.

Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Heritage Village of Waterville. This position has a starting pay rate of $28.50 an hour for LPNs and $40 an hour for RNs

The typical schedule for this opportunity is three(3) 12-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Week 1: Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday | Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in Long Term Care, Behavioral Health or Acute Care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Point Click Care is a plus
