Job summary

Heritage Village of Waterville is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Waterville, Ohio. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring health and well-being while supporting a family-focused care environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in Long Term Care, Behavioral Health or Acute Care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
