Job summary

Life Enriching Communities in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a dedicated LPN or RN for night shifts. This full-time role covers 7:00 PM–7:30 AM and 7:00 AM–7:30 PM on a rotating schedule in our Skilled Nursing and Memory Care units.

You will coordinate nursing operations, administer medications per care plans, monitor residents, document in EMR, and collaborate with families and other departments to ensure exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN or LPN license.
• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably senior living or hospital care.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; EMR experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver resident care in our Skilled Nursing and Memory Care units on the night shift.
• Coordinate nursing floor operations in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Administer medications, treatments, and provide direct care per care plans.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes appropriately.
• Support residents’ well-being and comfort overnight.
• Document care using electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with other departments and communicate effectively with families.
