Job summary

Niles Way Senior Living, a Certus Healthcare community in Ohio, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our caring team. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, and contribute to our family-focused mission.

The position offers a starting pay of $27 per hour, with a typical schedule of five 8-hour shifts per week and every other weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Ohio.
• Experience in Long Term Care, Home Health, or Assisted Living preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and provide updates to healthcare team.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.

Summary

Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $27 an hour

The typical schedule for this opportunity is Five(5) 8-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes an every other weekend rotation. Specific schedules available will be discussed during interview.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Point Click Care is a plus
