Job summary

Wolfeboro Bay Center, part of 603 Healthcare, seeks an RN or LPN for overnight shifts (7 PM–7 AM) in Wolfeboro, NH. This non-exempt role covers direct nursing care, medication administration, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being.

We offer a weekend warrior option (+$3/hour) and sign-on bonuses of RN $2,500 and LPN $2,000. Full- and part-time benefits are available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program appropriate to licensure.
• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize resident-care needs.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care within licensure and scope.
• Monitor resident status and report changes.
• Administer medications and monitor adverse reactions.
• Perform treatments and wound care.
• Carry out physician orders.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, rounds, and care planning.
• Direct or supervise nursing staff per licensure.
• Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and team.
• Support infection control and regulatory compliance.
• Promote teamwork, resident dignity, and quality care.

Weekend Warrior - Work every weekend for additional $3 an hour

Compensation: LPN: $36.00 - $42.00 | RN: $44.00 - $49.00

Sign On Bonus: RN $2,500 | LPN $2,000

About The Role

We're looking for an RN or LPN who brings strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a resident-centered approach to nursing care. You'll provide direct nursing care, coordinate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team, and help guide assigned nursing personnel. Responsibilities will be performed consistent with your individual licensure and scope of practice. The overlapping RN and LPN responsibilities include medication administration, treatments, resident monitoring, physician communication, care planning, and supervision of assigned nursing staff.

What You'll Do

• Support infection control, quality improvement, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Promote teamwork, communication, resident dignity, and quality care.

What We're Looking For
