Job summary

Wolfeboro Bay Center is seeking dedicated LPNs and RNs in New Hampshire to provide exceptional resident care. The team values clinical judgment, leadership, and a commitment to supporting residents and caregivers.

Shift is 3PM–11PM with rotating weekends. Compensation ranges: LPN $36–$42/hr; RN $44–$49/hr. Sign-on bonuses: RN $2,500; LPN $2,000. Join a newly revitalized team committed to inclusive care.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN or RN license in New Hampshire (or compact license) is required.
• Strong clinical skills and compassionate patient care approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.
• Educate residents and families about health management and care plans.

We are seeking dedicated and skilled LPNs and RNs to join our team, providing exceptional care to our residents. At Wolfeboro Bay, our nurses set the tone for exceptional resident care. Week 1 - Sun, Mon, Thurs, Fri

Week 2 - Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat

Compensation: LPN: $36.00 - $42.00 | RN: $44.00 - $49.00

Sign On Bonus: RN $2,500 | LPN $2,000

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly and efficiently
• Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans

Requirements

• Valid LPN or RN license in New Hampshire or a valid multistate compact nursing license with authority to practice in New Hampshire
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required
