Job summary

Langdon Place of Keene is seeking an RN or LPN to join our care team at Langdon Place of Keene. You will provide direct nursing care, coordinate with residents and families, and supervise assigned staff in a resident-centered approach.

The role offers day-to-evening shifts (3PM-11PM and 11PM-7AM), full- and part-time options, sign-on bonuses, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program appropriate to licensure.
• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize resident-care needs.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care within licensure and scope.
• Monitor resident status and report significant changes.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Perform treatments and wound care.
• Document physician orders and care plans.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, rounds, and care planning.
• Direct or supervise nursing personnel as appropriate to licensure.
• Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Support infection control, quality improvement, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance.

Shift: Full- & Part-time 3PM - 11PM & Part-time 11PM - 7AM

Compensation: LPN: $31.00 - $38.00 | RN: $42.00 - $49.00

Additional compensation includes: shift differentials and offered modified compensation

Sign-On Bonus: Full Time: $8,000 | Part Time: $4,000

About the Role

We're looking for an RN or LPN who brings strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a resident-centered approach to nursing care.

You’ll provide direct nursing care, coordinate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team, and help guide assigned nursing personnel. Responsibilities will be performed consistent with your individual licensure and scope of practice. The overlapping RN and LPN responsibilities include medication administration, treatments, resident monitoring, physician communication, care planning, and supervision of assigned nursing staff.
