Wolfeboro Bay, part of 603Healthcare, is seeking an RN or LPN to deliver resident-centered nursing care and collaborate with families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team.

You will coordinate direct care, monitor residents, administer medications, and support care planning while ensuring licensure scope and physician orders are followed. Shift options include 7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program appropriate to licensure.
• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize resident-care needs.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Compensation: LPN: $36.00 - $42.00 | RN: $44.00 - $49.00

Sign On Bonus: RN $2,500 | LPN $2,000

About the Role

We're looking for an RN or LPN who brings strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a resident-centered approach to nursing care.

You'll provide direct nursing care, coordinate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team, and help guide assigned nursing personnel. Responsibilities will be performed consistent with your individual licensure and scope of practice. The overlapping RN and LPN responsibilities include medication administration, treatments, resident monitoring, physician communication, care planning, and supervision of assigned nursing staff.
