Job summary

Henderson Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate LPNs or RNs to join our care team for the night shift (7 PM to 7 AM) in Henderson, Tennessee. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible applicants.

As part of the nursing team, you will direct CNAs, participate in admissions and transfers, assess residents, administer medications, and update care plans while maintaining patient confidentiality and following policies. TN license and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN License for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess resident’s conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
