Franklin Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Franklin, Tennessee is seeking compassionate, reliable nurses (LPNs or RNs) to join our care team. If you're looking for a rewarding role in a team-driven environment, we want to meet you!

Nurse duties include directing daily CNAs, participating in admissions, discharges and transfers, assessing residents, administering medications, updating care plans, and reporting changes to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN license for Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess resident’s conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
