Job summary

Park Nicollet is seeking a Patient Care Supervisor to oversee daily unit operations, staffing, and quality of care. The role reports to Nursing leadership and collaborates with the Nurse Manager and Clinical Nursing Director to meet patient care goals.

The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree, Minnesota RN licensure, and at least two years of acute care RN experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• RN license in Minnesota
• Two years acute care RN experience
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or AD in Nursing with related BS
• Knowledge of patient care standards and infection control practices

Responsibilities

• Hire staff and manage performance evaluations.
• Staff development and ongoing training.
• Disciplinary actions and scheduling responsibilities.
• Manage patient care delivery, staffing resources and safety.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and drive process improvements.
