Job summary

Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital seeks a Patient Care Supervisor, Operating Room (OR/Surgery) to lead daily unit operations, staffing, and patient care delivery. You will supervise RNs, charge nurses, and support staff, drive quality improvements, and collaborate with Nursing leadership to optimize care outcomes.

Under the Nursing Director or Nurse Manager, you will manage scheduling, performance, and staff development while ensuring safety, compliance, and effective resource use across the OR

Qualifications

Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or AD in Nursing with related Bachelor's.
Two years of acute care RN experience.
Minnesota RN licensure and BLS provider status

Responsibilities

Direct daily operations of the unit/department and staffing.
Hire, staff development, performance management, and scheduling.
Ensure patient care quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with leadership and other departments to optimize care.
