Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise daily nursing activities at the Jackson Creek Post Acute facility in Wisconsin. The role requires oversight of the nursing department, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and quality care for residents.

The RN will collaborate with the DON/ADON, coordinate care plans, and participate in the facility’s quality assurance processes, staffing, and reporting. A valid RN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state.
• Must have a Nursing degree and licensure.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during the tour of duty.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
• Coordinate with the DON/ADON and other departments to maintain high quality resident care.
• Complete reports and participate in committees as required.
