Job summary

PACS Group, based in Charleston, SC, is seeking an experienced Nursing Services Director to oversee the day-to-day nursing activities in a long-term care facility.

You will lead nursing staff, ensure compliance with regulations, participate in quality assurance, and coordinate care plans to maintain high standards of resident care. The role requires RN licensure, leadership experience, and a focus on patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• 2 years or more experience preferably in a long term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing services and coordinate day-to-day nursing activities.
• Participate in policy development and quality assurance programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and nursing standards across the facility.
• Attend and contribute to committee meetings and discharge planning processes.
• Oversee staffing, assignments, and performance evaluations of nursing staff.
