Job summary

HealthPartners in Bloomington, MN, seeks an experienced CHO Direct Access Center Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Direct Access Center CHO Department. Under direction of the Director, this role provides leadership in planning, coordinating, and supervising department activities while ensuring high standards of care and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; nursing-focused.
• Minimum five (5) years in access center, hospital patient flow, capacity management, or operations.
• Minimum two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience in a complex healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading operational improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary teams.
• Current RN license for MN or WI; must obtain both MN & WI licenses within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Direct Access Center CHO Department.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise department activities to ensure high standards of care and service.
• Develop staff and manage environmental, human resources, and fiscal needs.
