Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Associates degree or higher in a Business, Nursing, Health Care, or related field with 2+ years in operations or 3 years in related field or equivalent.
• California RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Recommends developmental opportunities for others; builds collaborative relationships and mentors staff.
• Supervises daily activities of designated work team; ensures policies are followed and performance is tracked.
• Manages care delivery operations in a 24/7 environment; coordinates resources and staff.
• Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the unit and continuum of care.
