Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Associates degree or higher in a health-related field with at least two years in business ops or clinical care OR three years in related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in a leadership role.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Recommends developmental opportunities for others; mentor and coach to drive performance improvement.
• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of a designated work team; ensures policies are followed and progress is measured.
• Supervises hospital administrative functions to support patient care and maintain regulatory readiness.
• Manages care delivery operations in a 24/7 environment; coordinates resources and supervises multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensures safe, quality, standardized care delivery and regulatory compliance across the continuum.
