Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Associates degree or higher in Business, Nursing, Health Care, or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field.
• Minimum one year of leadership experience.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Recommends developmental opportunities; mentors and coaches to drive performance.
• Supervises daily activities of designated work unit and ensures policy adherence.
• Manages hospital administrative functions to support patient care and budgeting.
• Oversees 24/7 care delivery operations and resource allocation.
