Job summary

Carefree Living in Cook, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated assisted living team. You will work closely with a supportive interdisciplinary group to deliver resident-centered care and maintain a thriving senior community.

Qualifications

• Minnesota LPN or RN license/certification required.
• Strong communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
• Experience in Assisted Living is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Alzheimer's/dementia care is a plus.
• Comfort using electronic health records and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Contribute to development and review of care plans with RNs.
• Assist with admissions and discharge processes as directed.
• Safely administer medications and therapies as ordered.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation.
