Job summary

Carefree Living in Babbitt, MN is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) to join our dedicated assisted living team. You will work in a supportive, resident-centered environment that values teamwork, communication, and professional growth.

Responsibilities include providing high-quality daily care, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and managing medications and care plans.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota LPN or RN license required.
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred.
• Strong communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
• Comfort with electronic documentation systems and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive high-quality care with daily living activities and scheduled services.
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team to develop and review care plans.
• Assist with admission processes as directed and monitor resident well-being.
• Safely administer medications and treatments as directed.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely to support care decisions.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to Resident Assistants as needed.
