Job summary

The Lodges Company is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support residents across residential care homes in Minnesota. This full-time role focuses on safe, compassionate, family-style care in an at-home environment, with attention to residents’ physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Nursing Director, managing medications, maintaining charts, and participating in ongoing trainings for staff.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed with the State of Minnesota as a LPN.
• Must maintain current and unencumbered licensure.
• Must pass a criminal and/or abuse background check, and drug screening.
• Previous experience with tube feedings, ventilators, and tracheostomy is preferred.
• Previous experience leading trainings and training unlicensed staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility compliance with federal, state, and local standards; assist with surveys.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Assisted Living trends.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of residents and records.
• Manage medications and renewals; coordinate with physicians as needed.
• Lead trainings and support staff development.
• Communicate resident needs to RN Supervisor and team.
