Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care under RN supervision.
• Document patient care and contribute to care plans.
• Administer medications following the seven rights and safety policies.
• Assist with tests, procedures, and discharge planning.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and promote patient/family teaching.
