Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in psychiatric/mental health settings
• Develop and implement nursing care plans with multidisciplinary teams
• Administer medications and treatments per policy and Seven Rights
• Document patient status, treatments, and progress in medical records
• Educate patients and families about treatment regimens and safety
