Job summary

DHSS in Delaware seeks a Registered Nurse III – Compliance Nursing to review and approve NATCEP programs, ensuring curricula, faculty and operations comply with state and federal laws. The role conducts surveys and analyzes data to support quality healthcare education and protect residents.

You will assist with CNA recertifications and maintenance of the Nurse Aide Registry; provide nursing care when needed; collaborate with the treatment team and prepare reports.

Qualifications

• RN license in Delaware or multistate compact
• Bachelors degree in Nursing or higher with required experience

Responsibilities

• Reviews and approves NATCEP programs to ensure compliance
• Conducts surveys (new school, biennial, follow-up) and analyzes data
• Maintains nurse aide registry and assists in CNA recertifications
• Prepares reports and plans of correction to ensure quality education and resident protection
• Coordinates with treatment team and participates in quality assurance activities
