Job summary

Zaddy Solutions seeks a Nurse House Supervisor / RN for night shifts at a 50-bed rural facility in Washington. You’ll analyze admissions, transfers, and bed availability to maximize efficiency and patient care. You will collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and care management to maintain optimal patient status and bed occupancy.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing and WA RN license, with 3–5 years acute care experience. ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and an active Washington State RN license.
• 3–5 years acute care clinical nursing experience in diverse departments.
• Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes (InterQual and related guidelines).

Responsibilities

• Act as House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural facility to optimize patient flow and bed utilization.
• Lead admission decisions and bed assignments using established criteria; liaise with physicians and nursing leadership.
• Serve as Administrator on Duty in the absence of the CNO, guiding departmental operations.
• Report to the Chief Nursing Officer and ensure safe, efficient hospital operations.
