Qualifications

• One year acute care nursing experience is required.
• Proficient in the English language, verbal and written communication.
• Computer skills are expected.
• Current Louisiana State RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Practice and Care Management: assess, plan, and implement care including patient education and discharge planning.
• Communication and Collaboration: work with the health care team to maximize patient outcomes and delegate tasks as needed.
• Quality: participate in quality improvement initiatives and integrate evidence-based practice.
• Professional Development: act as a resource and mentor, pursue continuing education and competencies.
