Qualifications

• One year acute care nursing experience.
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Proficient in the English language; verbal and written communication skills; computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Clinical practice and care management.
• Performs psychosocial/physiologic assessments and plans of care.
• Tailors care to cultural/ethical/spiritual needs; discharge planning.
• Collaborates with care team to ensure timely and appropriate care.
• Documents all patient care activities per standards.
