• Perform basic nursing tasks as you gain competency.
• Document care accurately and communicate updates to the nursing team.
• Explain care plans to patients and families and offer guidance for health and recovery.
• Maintain clean, safe patient areas following infection prevention practices.
• Engage in learning opportunities and develop your personal career plan with your supervisor.
