Responsibilities

• Assist in patient assessment and monitoring during shifts.
• Perform nursing procedures as ordered and document care.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up steps.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
