Responsibilities
- Assess patient condition during admission and each shift; report changes.
- Perform procedures and document care in patient records.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
- Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up.
