Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification current/maintained per hospital policy.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited RN nursing program.
• Crisis intervention training within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living as assigned.
• Document care in the electronic health record.
• Communicate pertinent information to care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment.
