Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required.
• On-the-job development within nursing scope while in program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and patient comfort.
• Take and document vital signs and observe patient condition.
• Support nursing tasks as experience grows (wound care, catheter care, specimens).
• Document care and communicate updates to the nursing team.
• Explain care plans to patients and families; support recovery guidance.
• Maintain clean, safe patient areas and follow infection prevention practices.
