Qualifications

• Active enrollment in RN program and nursing Fundamentals completed by start date.
• Basic Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, support mobility and hygiene.
• Perform nursing tasks such as wound care, catheter care, and specimen collection as competency grows.
• Document care and communicate updates to the nursing team for coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health recovery.
• Maintain clean, safe patient areas and follow infection prevention practices.
• Engage in learning opportunities and collaborate with supervisors to develop your career plan.
